The Government has cleared the 85% and 100% ethanol blending resolution at a time when the 20% ethanol blending mandate has been leading motorists away from pure petrol vehicles. The fuel tech and mix are changing for sure. Hybrid tech is adding to the equation, albeit at the PV level.
