Charging options cater to both home and portable use, with a full charge achievable in 6 hours and 42 minutes using a portable charger or 2 hours and 12 minutes with a fast charger. Suzuki’s proprietary E-technology powers the EV drivetrain, enabling a maximum speed of 71 km/h, peak power output of 4.1 kW, and torque of 15 Nm. The scooter offers a range of 95 km per charge, with energy consumption rated at 39Wh/km.

Advanced features include three drive modes—Eco, Ride A, and Ride B—plus a reverse mode for convenience. Safety is prioritised with systems like side-stand interlock and tip-over detection. The keyless system enables remote locking and unlocking, while a multi-function starter switch integrates controls for seat opening, steering lock, and charging inlet. Both centre and side stands further enhance practicality.

A vibrant TFT LCD screen and smartphone integration via the Suzuki Ride Connect-E app offer real-time navigation and traffic updates. Premium design details include raised nameplates and a metallic-finish chrome "S" emblem. The e-Access will debut in three dual-tone colour schemes: Metallic Mat Black No. 2/Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red, Pearl Grace White/Metallic Mat Fibroin Grey, and Pearl Jade Green/Metallic Mat Fibroin Grey. Pricing will be revealed closer to launch.
